Remove frame - Rear
1.  
Remove all ground points from frame.
 
2.  
Remove all clips and detach HVAC hoses from frame.
 

   
3.  
Remove fixings (1) and detach hoses. (M5x35) 8 Nm
 
4.  
Remove fixings (2).(M6x16) 8 Nm
 
5.  
Remove fixings (3) and detach bracket. (M5x16) 8 Nm
 
6.  
Remove frame fixings (4). (M10x40) 75 Nm
 
 
Care Point:
Make sure everything is detached from the frame before proceeding with its removal.

Remove fixings (5).(M6x40) 9 Nm
 
8.  
Remove frame fixings (6). (M16x80) 325 Nm
 
9.  
Remove frame fixings (7). (M10x60) 75 Nm
 
Install frame - Rear
 
Care Point:
Follow the sequence.
Care Point:
Where applicable, process is the same for both sides.
Care Point:
Support the rear frame using a suitable tool.
 
1.   
Offer up rear frame.
 
2.   
Hand tighten bolts (4).
 
3.   
Hand tighten bolts (6).
 
4.   
Hand tighten bolt (7).
 
 
Care Point:
Install rear frame Celette brackets.
 
5.   
Torque bolts (4).(M10x40) 75 Nm
 
6.   
Torque bolts (6).(M16x80) 325 Nm
 
7.   
Torque bolt (7).(M10x60) 75 Nm
 
8.   
Install components in reverse order, excluding floor panels.
 
9.   
Start engine and allow to run for 5 minutes for self learning to take place.
 
10.  
Check all fluid levels.
 
11.  
Check engine and all systems for leaks.
 
12.  
Install remaining components in reverse order.
 
13.  
Read out and clear error memory.
