Preparation work
1.     
Remove floor panel - Front
 
Care Point:
Record the bolt positions as they vary in type.
Care Point:
Record the washer positions.
Care Point:
Access bolts (1) in luggage compartment.
 
1.  
Remove bolts (1). (M6x16) 4 Nm
 
2.  
Remove bolts (2). (M6x20) 4 Nm
 
3.  
Remove bolts (3). (M6x16) 4 Nm
 
 
Care Point:
Fixings (4) into bumper splitter differ if vehicle has optional carbon fibre splitter fitted.
 
4.  
Remove screws / bolts (4).
Standard splitter (all fixings): (4.2x16) 2 Nm
Carbon fibre splitter (Outer four fixings): (M6x16) 4 Nm
Carbon fibre splitter (Front fixing): (M4x10) 4 Nm
 
5.  
Remove screws (5). (M6x20) 4 Nm
 
6.  
Remove bolts (6). (M6x16) 4 Nm
 
7.  
Remove screws (7). (4.2x16) 2 Nm
 
8.  
Remove front floor from vehicle.
 
Install floor panel - Front
 
Care Point:
Make sure the front floor panel is correctly aligned and all fixings are tightened evenly.
Care Point:
Inspect and replace damaged clips.
 
1.  
Install components in reverse order.
