Preparation work

Remove bodyside - Lower
 
Care Point:
Risk of paint damage. Protect surrounding area.
Care Point:
Make sure vehicle is in sleep mode or the battery is disconnected.
Care Point:
Shims may be fitted behind the bodyside - Lower

Remove lower bolt (1).(M6x16) 8 Nm
 
2.  
Remove front inner bolts (2).(M6x12) 5 Nm
 
3.  
Remove rear inner bolt (3).(M6x12) 5 Nm
 
4.  
Release and remove bodyside lower from vehicle.
 
Install bodyside - Lower
 
Care Point:
Make sure all shims are fitted in the correct position behind the bodyside - lower
Care Point:
Inspect and replace damaged clips.

Install components in reverse order.
 
 
Care Point:
The procedure below must be claimed separately if you make a warranty claim.
