Preparation work
1.
DA-RM-01A001-00-001 - Secure/Lift vehicle on platform
2.
DA-RM-03A071-07-002 - Remove/Install access hatch - Luggage bin
3.
DA-RM-07M003-00-001 - Disconnect/Connect Li-ion battery
4.
Care Point:
Remove both sides.
DA-RM-04B005-01-001 - Remove/Install wheel - Rear
5.
Care Point:
Remove both sides.
DA-RM-03A076-02-001 - Remove/Install wheel arch liner - Rear
6.
DA-RM-03A075-05-001 - Remove/Install floor panel - Diffuser
7.
DA-RM-03A075-05-002 - Remove/Install floor panel - Rear extension
8.
DA-RM-02A053-03-001 - Remove/Install panel - Airbrake
9.
DA-RM-02A051-03-004 - Remove/Install panel - Side duct finisher
10.
DA-RM-02A051-03-003 - Remove/Install panel - Dirty air duct

Care Point:
If removing left hand side, carry out the following pre-works and detach from fuel filler bowl only.
DA-RM-04K001-02-001 - Remove/Install fuel filler neck

DA-RM-02A051-03-001 - Remove/Install bodyside - Upper - Left
15.
DA-RM-03A071-10-001 - Remove/Install bumper assembly - Rear
16.
DA-RM-03A073-02-001 - Remove/Install light - Rear
Remove airbox
Care Point:
Disconnect electrical connectors from ECM (RH side) or TCU (LH side).
1.
Disconnect electrical connector (1).
2.
Loosen clip (2).
3.
Detach harness clips (3).
4.
Remove bolt (4).
(M8x35) 25 Nm
5.
Detach harness clips (5).
6.
Remove bracket bolts (6).
(M8x35) 25 Nm
7.
Remove bolts (7).
(M8x35) 25 Nm
8.
Remove Airbox.
Care Point:
If replacing airbox.
9.
Remove bolts
(M4x12) 2.5 Nm
and remove ECM (RH side) or TCU (LH side) control unit brackets.
Install Airbox
1.
Install components in reverse order.
