WARNING!

Always limit fluid spills and fully clean the spilled fluid after repairs or maintenance.

Remove O-ring - Differential Cover

Care Point:

Use a suitable container to catch the excess fluid.

Care Point:

Leave two opposite bolts (1) in place and gently rock the cover to remove.

Care Point:

Make sure differential does not come out with the cover.

Remove bolts (1). (M10x30) 50 Nm

Remove differential cover.

Remove and replace differential cover O-ring (2).

Remove O-ring - Differential cover lubrication channel

Care Point:

Proceed only if required.

Remove and replace O-ring (3).

Install O-ring/s - Differential cover

1.	Renew all O-ring.
2.	Make sure area is clean and free from dirt and debris to avoid contamination.
3.	Clean and apply Loctite 243 to bolts (1).
4.	Install components in reverse order.
5.	Check transmission for leaks.
