Possible fluid spills from vehicle systems during repairs or maintenance.

Remove HVAC unit - Distribution
| | | Care Point: | For right hand drive cars only, complete the following step and add an additional 1.00 hours labour time.

| | | 1. | | | | | | Care Point: | In luggage compartment, to the left hand side of the inlet unit.

| | | 2. | Remove spring clamps and disconnect heater hoses.
| | | 3. | Disconnect electrical connectors on distribution unit - HVAC.

| 5. | Remove distribution unit - HVAC (2).

|
Install HVAC unit - Distribution
| | | Care Point: | Renew all foam components/seals used on HVAC distribution unit.
|
| Care Point: | Slave fit nut into HVAC distributor for fitment of main facia.
|
| | | 1. | Install components in reverse order.
| | | | | Care Point: | For right hand drive vehicles only.
|
| Care Point: | The procedure below must be claimed separately if you make a warranty claim.
|
| | | 2. | | | | 3. | Start vehicle and allow to reach operating temperature.
Test functionality of distribution unit and cabin heating.
| | | 4. | Read out and clear error memory.
