Removal overview
| 1. | The HVAC shrouds are comprised of four sections, upper and lower, left hand and right hand.
| | | 2. | Lower sections must both be removed from vehicle before removing upper sections.
| | | 3. | Removal of lower section only required for the following components:
| | | 4. | Removal of both sections are required for any other components.

Remove HVAC shroud - Lower
| | | Care Point: | Starting from rear of HVAC shroud.
|
| | | 1. | Pull HVAC shroud (1) away from tunnel (A) to release clips.
| | | 2. | Remove HVAC shroud (1) from vehicle.
| | | 
|
Remove HVAC shroud - Upper
| | | Care Point: | Upper HVAC shroud is removed as an assembly.
|
| Care Point: | Starting from front of HVAC shroud.
|
| | | 1. | Pull HVAC shroud (2) away from tunnel (B) to release clips.
| | | 2. | Pull HVAC shroud (2) rearwards ©) to detach from tunnel.
| | | 3. | Remove HVAC shroud (2) from vehicle.
| | | | | Care Point: | If replacing either side of HVAC shroud.

| | | 4. | Separate HVAC shroud assembly.
| | | 
|
Install HVAC shroud
| | | Care Point: | Replace any damaged trim clips.
|
| | | 1. | Install components in reverse order.
| | |
