Remove duct - Demist
 
Care Point:
Speaker cover is removed in 3 parts, demist vent, speaker housing and the speaker grille.
 
1.   
Remove the demist vent cover (1).
 
2.   
Remove screw (2).(M3x25) 3 Nm
 
3.   
Remove speaker cover (3).
 
4.   
Remove screw (4).(M3x8) 2 Nm
 
5.   
Remove demist duct (5).
 
 
Care Point:
Risk of component damage - Facia access hatch panel clips are tight. Damage to access hatch may occur.
 
6.   
Remove facia end cap.
 
7.   
Disconnect tweeter electrical connector (6).
 
8.   
Remove screw (7).(4.2x19) 5 Nm
 
9.   
Remove bolts (8).(M6x12) 4 Nm
 
10.  
Remove bracket from vehicle.
 
Install duct - Demist
1.  
Install components in reverse order.
