Preparation work

1.	DA-RM-01A001-00-001 - Secure/Lift vehicle on platform
2.	DA-RM-03A071-07-002 - Remove/Install access hatch - Luggage bin
3.	Care Point: Depressurise suspension system before disconnecting battery. DA-RM-04B003-00-001 - Fill/Bleed fluid - Suspension system
4.	Care Point: Make sure EPB calipers are in service mode before disconnecting battery. DA-RM-07M003-00-001 - Disconnect/Connect Li-ion battery
5.	DA-RM-04L001-00-001 - Drain/Fill fluid - Coolant
6.	DA-RM-05G001-00-002 - Drain/fill fluid - Clutch oil
7.	Care Point: Only drain transmission oil if replacing gearbox. DA-RM-05G001-00-001 - Drain/fill fluid - Transmission oil

37.	Care Point: Remove both sides. DA-RM-04C004-01-001 - Remove/Install brake caliper - Parking
38.	Care Point: Remove both sides. DA-RM-04C002-01-001 - Remove/Install brake disc - Rear
39.	DA-RM-05F005-01-001 - Remove/Install starter motor
40.	DA-RM-05G001-01-001 - Remove/Install Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT)

Remove transmission mount

Fit pressure pad (G1) on transmission mount (1) (arrow).

Fit pressure pad (G2) and bolt (G3) on transmission mount (2) (arrow).

Care Point:

Make sure that pressure pad (G1) is centred on transmission mount (1).

Press out transmission mount (1) (arrow). Transmission mount tool

Install transmission mount

Care Point:

Make sure markers on mount are positioned correctly.

Care Point:

Remove any displaced trim from the transmission mount to improve the visual appearance of the mount.

Fit pressure pad (G4) on transmission mount (2).

Fit pressure pad (G5), bolt (G3) and transmission mount (1) on transmission mount (2).

Care Point:

Transmission mount must be replaced with a new part.

Press in new transmission mount (1) (arrow).

Make sure the top notch in the transmission mount (1) and the transmission casting (2) are aligned.

Make sure lower notch in the transmission mount is positioned clockwise to the transmission casting.

Measure the distance between the transmission mount face and the transmission casting (3). Make sure this measurement is 6mm. If not, adjust transmission mount.

Install components in reverse order.

Care Point:

The procedure below must be claimed separately if you make a warranty claim.

Bleed brake system. DA-RM-04C003-00-002 - Fill/bleed fluid - Brake system

Check for leaks.
