Preparation work

Care Point: Lower the Glass - Door 150mm from the upper edge of the door frame before disconnecting the battery.

Care Point: Remove the upper loudspeaker only.

Care Point: Disconnect only.

Remove winglet - Door
 
Care Point:
Protect the surrounding area.
 
1.  
Remove bolts (1).(M6x25) 5 Nm
 
2.  
Release winglet (2) from the adhesive tape (3).
 
3.  
Remove the winglet (2) from door.
 
Install winglet - Door
 
Care Point:
Remove excess adhesive.
Care Point:
When you apply cleaner and promoter, obey the manufacturers flash time
Care Point:
Clean adhesive mounting area. Use Betaclean 3900.
Care Point:
Apply 3M 4298 UV Promoter to the adhesive mounting area.
Care Point:
Replace the adhesive tape 3M PT1100.

Install components in reverse order.
