3.	Care Point: Lower the Glass - Door 150mm from the upper edge of the door frame before disconnecting the battery. DA-RM-07M003-00-001 - Disconnect/Connect Li-ion battery
4.	DA-RM-04B004-01-001 - Remove/Install wheel - Front
5.	DA-RM-03A076-01-001 - Remove/Install wheel arch liner - Front

Remove door

Care Point:

Protect the surrounding area.

Care Point:

Shims may be fitted between the hinges and the body, make sure the shim location is recorded.

Disconnect wiring harness (1).

Pull through wiring harness from fender into the door opening.

Remove bolts (2) and remove upper hinge cover. (M6x12) 6 Nm

Care Point:

Remove cover in the direction shown.

Care Point:

With the aid of another technician supporting the door.

Detach the door support strut from the door hinge.

Care Point:

With the aid of another technician supporting the door.

Remove bolts (3). (M6x20) 10 Nm

6.	Remove bolts (4). (M6x12) 10 Nm
7.	Remove bolts (5). (M10x35) 70 Nm
8.	Remove door from vehicle.

9.	If replacing the upper hinge cover.
10.	The upper hinge cover must be replaced with the retaining bracket. Refer to the Spare Parts Catalogue (SPC) for part numbers.

Install door

Care Point:

If shims were present make sure they are installed in the correct location, further adjust with shims may be required.

Care Point:

With the aid of another technician.

Install the door.

Care Point:

Adjust if necessary.

Install components in reverse order.
