Remove stone deflector - Door
| 1. | Remove door blade outer stone protection (1).

| | | 2. | Remove door blade inner stone protection (2).

| 3. | Remove door blade inner stone protection (3).

Install stone deflector - Door
| | | Care Point: | Renew any door stonechip protection that has been removed.
Remove all residue from original door protection.

| | | Care Point: | Mix liquid detergent with water using a ratio of 10:1 (10 parts water for every 1 part liquid detergent).

| | | 2. | Wet the underside of door area with water / liquid detergent solution.
| | | 
|
| 3. | Remove backing tape of stonechip protection (1, 2, 3) and wet with water / liquid detergent solution.
| | | | | Care Point: | Make sure part is in the correct orientation before installing to the vehicle. The wider end is at the front end of the door assembly.

| | | 4. | Place stonechip protection on to the surface of the door and move around to make sure the whole surface is wet.
| | | 5. | Position stonechip protection into the correct and press down firmly.
| | | 6. | Use a spreader tool to remove all excess water held between the stonechip protection and the door surface.
| | | 
|
| | | Care Point: | Make sure all water and air bubbles are removed from the stonechip protection to allow for good adhesion and surface finish.
|
| | | 7. | Starting at the front edge (arrow B), work along the length of the stonechip protection (arrow A) until all air bubbles and water has been removed from underneath.
| | | 
|
| 8. | Clean edges of stonechip protection area with a dry cloth.
| | | 
|
| 9. | Leave tape a sufficient period of time to allow the stonechip protection to settle and fully adhere to the door surface.
