Preparation work
1.     
1.  
Remove bolt (1). (M6x12) 4 Nm
 
 
Care Point:
Risk of component damage.
Care Point:
Apply heat to release the adhesive tape.
 
2.  
Release the adhesive tape (2) and remove the Mesh - aero duct (3).
 
Install Mesh aero duct - Door.
1.  
Remove the remaining adhesive and clean all surfaces in the bond area BETACLEAN 3900
 

2.  
Replace the Mesh aero duct - door adhesive tape (4). 3M PT1100
 
3.  
Install the Mesh - aero duct.
 
4.  
Install components in the reverse order.
