Remove control unit - Door (DML/DMR)

Install control unit - Door (DML/DMR)

| | | 1. | Install components in reverse order.
| | | | | Care Point: | Carry out steps 2 to 10 if a new control unit is fitted.

| Care Point: | Make sure VCI and MDS batteries are in good condition or connected to external power supply.
|
| Care Point: | Access the correct control unit depending on which side of vehicle work has been implemented.
|
| | | 2. | Connect McLaren Diagnostic System (MDS).
| | | 3. | Proceed to Diagnostic Toolbox.
| | | 4. | Select Door Module Left/Right (DML/DMR).
| | | 5. | Access Reprogramming.
| | | | | Care Point: | If update is not available, proceed to step 7.

| | | 6. | Check if a software update is available, update as required.
| | | 7. | Access Sequences.
| | | 8. | Carry out Programme VIN sequence.
| | | 9. | Carry out Align Vehicle Configuration sequence.
| | | 10. | Carry out Window Calibration sequence.
| | | 11. | Check functionality of all switches.
| | | 12. | Read out and clear error memory.
