Preparation work

Care Point: Remove both sides.

Care Point: Remove both sides.

Care Point: Remove both sides.

Care Point: Remove both sides. Remove if replacing bumper panel or LTR side duct, otherwise disconnect only.

Care Point: Remove both sides.

Remove bezel - Headlamp
 
Care Point:
The procedure is the same for both standard and accessory components.
Care Point:
Apply protective tape to the surrounding area.
Care Point:
The mounting method of the bezel differs depending on whether the bezel is standard or the carbon fibre option.
For vehicles fitted with standard bezels, proceed to step 2.
 
1.  
Remove bolts (1).(M4x10) 2 Nm
 
 
Care Point:
Bezel - Headlamp is removed rearwards.
 
2.  
Release bezel from retaining tabs (2) and separate from bumper panel.
 
 
Care Point:
Vehicles fitted with standard bezels and if replacing bezel only.
 
3.  
Separate the 2 pieces of the upper LTR duct from bezel.
 
Install bezel - Headlamp
 
Care Point:
Inspect and replace damaged clips.
 
1.  
Install components in reverse order.
 
 
Care Point:
The procedures below must be claimed separately if you make a warranty claim.

Check and adjust the headlight aim.DA-RM-03A073-00-001 - Adjust headlamp
 
3.  
Check camera alignment, adjust if required.DA-RM-07M021-00-001 - Calibrate 360 camera system
