Preparation work

Care Point: Remove both sides.

Care Point: Remove both sides.

Care Point: Remove both sides.

Care Point: Remove both sides. Remove if replacing bumper panel or LTR side duct, otherwise disconnect only.

Remove light - Signal lamp
 
Care Point:
Apply protective tape to the surrounding area.
 
1.  
Disconnect electrical connector
 

2.  
Remove bolt (1). (M6x12) 5 Nm
 
 
Care Point:
Inner nut (2) is additionally secured with a dome nut.
 
3.  
Remove nuts (2). (M5) 2 Nm
 
4.  
Remove light - Signal lamp.
 
Install light - Signal lamp
 
Care Point:
Hand tighten fixings, then torque in the following sequence.
Bolt (1).
Outer nut (2).
Inner nut (2).
Dome nut over inner nut (2).

Install components in reverse order.
 
2.  
Check functionality of lamp
 
 
Care Point:
The procedures below must be claimed separately if you make a warranty claim.

Check and adjust the headlamp aim. DA-RM-03A073-00-001 - Adjust headlamp.
 
4.  
Check camera alignment, adjust if required. DA-RM-07M021-00-001 - Calibrate 360 camera system.
