Preparation work

Remove light - Headlamp
1.  
Disconnect electrical connector (1).
 
2.  
Remove bolts (2). (M6x16) 5 Nm
 
 
Care Point:
Bolt (3) is accessed through luggage bin area.

Remove bolt (3). (M6x12) 5 Nm
 
 
Care Point:
Unclip wiring harness from retaining bracket.
Care Point:
Headlamp is removed rearwards through wheel arch.
 
4.  
Remove headlamp from vehicle.
 
 
Care Point:
If replacing headlamp.
Care Point:
Counterhold stud when removing fixing.
 
5.  
Remove bracket from rear of headlamp. (M5) 2.5 Nm
 
Install light - Headlamp
 
Care Point:
Make sure headlamp is located correctly on the lower mounts.
 
1.  
Install components in reverse order.
 
2.  
Check functionality.
 
 
Care Point:
The procedure below must be claimed separately if you make a warranty claim.
