Care Point: Remove upper loudspeaker only.

Care Point: Disconnect only.

Remove blade - Door
 
Care Point:
Protect the surrounding area.
 
1.  
Remove nuts (1).(M5) 4 Nm
 
2.  
Remove the speaker enclosure panel (2) with door control unit attached.
 
 
Care Point:
The door access panel (3) is bonded with tape, remove with care.
 
3.  
Remove the door access panel (3).
 
4.  
Remove bolt (4).(M6x12) 4 Nm
 
 
Care Point:
Fixings accessed from inside of the door.
 
5.  
Remove bolts (5).(M6x25) 4 Nm
 
6.  
Remove nuts (6). (M6) 4 Nm
 
7.  
Remove the door blade.
 
Install blade - Door
1.  
Remove excess adhesive from door access panel (3).
 
2.  
Clean door access panel (3) and door inner using BETACLEAN 3900.
 
3.  
Apply Loctite 243 to the studs before you install the nuts.
 
 
Care Point:
Replace adhesive tape 3M PT1100 on door access panel (3) during installation.
 
4.  
Install components in reverse order.
