Remove fender outrigger - Front
| 1. | Remove bolts (1) and move aside the reservoir - brake fluid (2). (M6x16) 8 Nm
| | | 2. | Detach wiring from fender outrigger - Front.
| | | 3. | Detach coolant hose from fender outrigger - Front.
| | |

| | | Care Point: | Gently apply heat to bonded areas (5).
|
| | | 6. | Remove the fender outrigger - Front (7) and the fender reinforcement (6).
| | | 
|
Install fender outrigger - Front
| | | Care Point: | Make sure cleaner is used on the contact area between the outrigger and the crash structure.
|
| Care Point: | Allow cleaner 1 minute to flash.
|

| | | 2. | Apply adhesive in area (5).
| | | 3. | Install the fender outrigger.
| | | 4. | Install bolts (3). Do not fully tighten.
| | | 5. | Move the fender outrigger into the correct position.
| | | 6. | Install fender outrigger and fender reinforcement bracket (6).
| | | | | Care Point: | For Left Hand Drive (LHD) vehicles. For Right Hand Drive (RHD) vehicles, the opposite would apply.

| | | 7. | Tighten bolts (3).
| | | 8. | Install components in reverse order.
