Remove Solenoid - Cam phaser - Inlet right hand side
| 1. | Remove intake manifold cover.

| 2. | Disconnect electrical connector (1).
| | | 3. | | | | 4. | Remove engine cam phaser solenoid (3).
| | | 
|
Remove Solenoid - Cam phaser - Inlet left hand side
| 1. | Disconnect and lay aside ISG hose (4).
| | | 
|
| 2. | | | | 3. | Detach coolant hose bracket (6).
| | | 4. | Disconnect electrical connector (7).
| | | 5. | | | | 6. | Remove engine cam phaser solenoid (9).
| | | 
|
Install Solenoid - Cam phaser - Inlet
| | | Care Point: | If O-ring is damaged, replace cam phaser solenoid.

| | | 1. | | | | 2. | Install components in reverse order.
| | | 3. | Check engine for leaks.
| | | 4. | | | | 5. | Check cooling system.
| | | 6. | Read out and clear error memory.
| | |
