Care Point: Remove both sides. Remove wishbone to actuator bolt only.

Care Point: Disconnect from the oil tank only.

Remove Hose - HVAC - Pump
1.   
Remove the clamps (1).
 
2.   
Disengage the brake pipes (1).
 
3.   
Disengage the clamps (1) and disconnect the hoses.
 
4.   
Disengage the pipes (1) from the clamp.
 
5.   
Disengage the clips (1).
 
 
Care Point:
Record the location of the pipes.
Care Point:
Disengage the pipes from both of the clamps.
 
6.   
Disengage the brake pipes (1) and (2).
Disengage the pipes (3) and (4).
Disengage the pipe (5).
 
7.   
Disengage the clamps (1) and disconnect the hoses.
Remove the pipe (2).
 
 
Care Point:
Record the location of the pipes.
 
8.   
Disengage the pipes from the clamp (1).
Disengage the pipes from the clamp (2).
 
 
Care Point:
Record the location of the pipes.
 
9.   
Disengage the pipes from the clamp (1).
Disengage the pipes from the clamp (2).
 
10.  
Disengage the clamp (1).
Disconnect the pipe (2).
 
11.  
Disengage the clamp (1).
Disconnect the pipe (2).

Disengage the clamp (1).
Disconnect the pipe (2).
 
13.  
Disengage the pipe from the clamp (1).
Disengage the clip (2).
 
14.  
Disengage the pipe from the clamp (1).
Disengage the pipe from the clamp (2).
 
 
Care Point:
Record the location of the pipes.
 
15.  
Disengage the remaining pipes (1).
Lower the clamp (2).
 
 
Care Point:
Record the location of the pipes.
 
16.  
Disengage the remaining pipes (1).
Lower the clamp (2).
 
17.  
Remove the pipe (1) from the front of the vehicle in the direction shown.
 
18.  
Remove the pipe (1) from the rear of the vehicle in the direction shown.
 
Install Hose - HVAC - Pump
1.  
Install the components in reverse order.
