Risk of burning and fire when handling hot or glowing objects!
Unprotected contact with hot or glowing objects can cause severe burns to the skin and eyes. If glowing objects come into contact with water, hot steam or hot splashing water this can result in severe skin and eye burns. Severe and possibly permanent injuries can result if hot or glowing objects come into contact with unprotected skin or eyes. Fire can result if glowing objects come into contact with flammable materials or substances.
Wear protective clothing, safety glasses and heat resistant gloves.
Avoid sparks and keep objects away from flammable materials and substances when handling glowing objects.

Possible fluid spills from vehicle systems during repairs or maintenance.
Risk of thermal incidents, slip hazards, corrosion of electrical components, failure of electrical or mechanical components or unwanted odours.
Always limit fluid spills and fully clean the spilled fluid after repairs or maintenance.
 

Remove hose - turbo charger - Oil feed
1.  
Remove banjo bolt (1) and sealing washers (2). (M12x1.5) 24 Nm
 

2.  
Remove banjo bolt (5) and sealing washers (4). (M12x1.5) 24 Nm
 
3.  
Remove turbo oil feed hose (3).
 


Install hose - turbo charger - Oil feed
 
Care Point:
Replace sealing washers (2, 4).

Care Point:
Make sure that all relevant special tools are used and that none of the banjo bolts are put under tension whilst tightening.

Care Point:
Make sure nose of banjo bolt is in a central position when tightening.

Care Point:
For tightening of the turbo oil feed hose banjo bolts, use the corresponding special tools for the side that is being installed. Left hand - oil feed to head banjo tool - 11S3850CP, and left hand - oil feed to turbo banjo tool - 11S3852CP. Right hand - oil feed to head banjo tool - 11S3851CP, and right hand - oil feed to turbo banjo tool - 11S3853CP.

Install components in reverse order.

Check engine for leaks.
