Preparation work

1.	DA-RM-01A001-00-001 - Secure/Lift vehicle on platform
2.	Care Point: Remove both sides. DA-RM-04B004-01-001 - Remove/Install wheel - Front
3.	Care Point: Remove both sides and discard. New wheel arch liners must be installed. DA-RM-03A076-01-001 - Remove/Install wheel arch liner - Front
4.	DA-RM-03A075-04-001 - Remove/Install floor panel - Front
5.	Care Point: Remove both sides. DA-RM-03A071-02-001 - Remove/Install cover - Fender inner
6.	DA-RM-03A071-07-002 - Remove/Install access hatch - Luggage bin
7.	DA-RM-03A071-07-001 - Remove/Install luggage bin
8.	DA-RM-07M003-00-001 - Disconnect/Connect Li-ion battery
9.	Care Point: Remove both sides. DA-RM-03A073-01-001 - Remove/Install light - Headlamp
10.	Care Point: Remove both sides. Disconnect only. DA-RM-03A073-01-003 - Remove/Install light - Side repeater / Sidemarker - Front
11.	DA-RM-03A071-01-001 - Remove/Install bumper - Front
12.	Care Point: Remove both sides and discard. New fenders are supplied in the kit. DA-RM-02A051-01-001 - Remove/Install fender - Front

Install Louvred fenders

Care Point:

The new fenders must be painted before you install the louvres.

Install the U nut clips 00RA414 (1) to the new fender.

2.	Put the rear fender vane (2) into its installation position.
3.	Install the bolts (3) (M4x12) 4 Nm.

4.	Put the front fender vane (4) into its installation position.
5.	Install the bolts (5) (M4x12) 4 Nm.
6.	Do steps 1 thru 5 for the other fender.
7.	Install the components in reverse order.
