Possible fluid spills from vehicle systems during repairs or maintenance.
Risk of thermal incidents, slip hazards, corrosion of electrical components, failure of electrical or mechanical components or unwanted odours.
Always limit fluid spills and fully clean the spilled fluid after repairs or maintenance.
 
Remove radiator - High temperature
1.  
Remove nuts and detach HVAC hoses (1). (M8) 10 Nm
 
2.  
Disconnect electrical connector (2).
 
3.  
Disconnect coolant hoses (3).
 
4.  
Remove bolts (4).(M6x14) 4 Nm
 
5.  
Remove all clips to the radiator brackets.
 
6.  
Remove radiator.
 
 
Care Point:
If replacing radiator.
 
7.  
Remove the following components:
 
Install radiator - High temperature
 
Care Point:
Inspect and replace any damaged clips.
Care Point:
Inspect and replace any damaged O-rings.
 
1.  
Install components in reverse order.
