Preparation work

Care Point: Remove lower loudspeaker only.

Remove casing - Door mirror
1.   
Remove the lower seal (1).
 
2.   
Remove screw (2). (M3x10) 1.2 Nm
 
3.   
Remove the lower trim (3).
 
4.   
Release clips (4).
 
5.   
Remove screws (5). (M3.5x12) 1.8 Nm
 
6.   
Separate the mirror arm (6) and seal from casing.
 
   
7.   
Remove screws (7). (M4 x12) 1.2 Nm
 
8.   
Remove the actuator assembly (8).
 
   
9.   
Remove screws (9). (M3x12) 1.2 Nm
 
10.  
Remove trim (10).
 
   
11.  
Remove trim (11) including the camera.
 
Install casing - Door mirror
1.  
Install components in reverse order.
 
2.  
Check functionality.
 
 
Care Point:
The procedure below must be claimed separately if you make a warranty claim.

Check camera alignment, adjust if required. DA-RM-07M021-00-001 - Calibrate 360 camera system
