Preparation work

Care Point: Remove both sides

Care Point: Remove both sides

Care Point: Remove both sides

Care Point: Detach from bumper beam only.
Remove bumper beam - Front
1.  
Detach harness clips (1).
 
2.  
Remove bolts (2) and remove front floor stays. (M8x25) 6 Nm
 
 
Care Point:
Nut plates will drop when bolts (3) are removed.
 
3.  
Remove bolts (3). (M8x25) 25 Nm
 
4.  
Remove bumper beam from vehicle.
 
Install bumper beam - Front
 
Care Point:
Federal vehicles only - Install front crash bracket if bumper beam is replaced.
 
1.  
Install components in reverse order.
