Preparation work

Remove control unit - Seat - OCS module
 
Care Point:
The procedure below outlines removal of the OCS module for both Full Electric and Manual passenger seats.
Refer to the correct graphic depending on which seat type the vehicle is fitted with.
 
1.  
Remove screws (1).
Electric Seat - 2.5 Nm
Manual Seat - (M5x14) 2.5 Nm
 
2.  
Partially remove OCS module (2).
 
3.  
Disconnect electrical connectors (3).
 
4.  
Remove OCS module (2) from seat assembly.
 
Install control unit - Seat - OCS module
1.  
Install components in reverse order.
 
2.  
Check functionality.
 
3.  
Read out and clear error memory.
