Preparation work
Remove switch pack - Seat - Hybrid
| | | Care Point: | The procedure outlined below refers to the switch pack found on a drivers hybrid seat.
Passenger side manual seats do not have a switch pack.

| Care Point: | Risk of component damage: Do not place seat assembly on a hard surface.
|
| | | 1. | Apply masking tape (M) to the valance (1) at the area shown.
| | | 2. | | | | 
|
| 3. | Disconnect electrical connector (3).
| | | 4. | | | | 
|
| 5. | Detach trim clips (5) from seat frame.
| | | 6. | Remove valance (1) from seat assembly with switch pack (6) attached.
| | | 
|
| | | Care Point: | Do not attempt to remove switch pack bezel, as it is bonded to the valance.
|
| Care Point: | Clips are on both sides of the switch pack.
|
| | | 7. | Release switch pack (6) from bezel by pressing in clips (7).
| | | 
|
Install switch pack - Seat - Hybrid
| | | Care Point: | Inspect and replace trim clips where required.
|
| Care Point: | If seat control unit is being replaced or updated, make sure switch pack is installed first.
|
| | | 1. | Install components in reverse order.
| | | 2. | Check functionality.
