Care Point: Remove the left side only.

Risk of thermal incidents, slip hazards, corrosion of electrical components, failure of electrical or mechanical components or unwanted odours.
Always limit fluid spills and fully clean the spilled fluid after repairs or maintenance.
 
Remove Hose - LTR to WCAC - Left
1.   
Remove the clips (1).
Remove the clips (2).
Move the heatshield (3).
 
2.   
Disconnect the electrical connector (1).
Disengage the clamp (2) and disconnect the hose.
Move the hose (3) in the direction shown.
 
3.   
Disengage the clip (1).
Move the pipe (2) in the direction shown.
 
4.   
Disengage the clamp (1) and disconnect the hose.
 
5.   
Remove the bolt (1) (M6x16) 8 Nm and remove the P-Clip.
 
6.   
Remove the clamp (1).
 
7.   
Disengage the clamp (1).
Remove the pipe (2).
 
8.   
Remove the bolt (1) (M6x16) 8 Nm and remove the P-Clip.
 
 
Care Point:
Install plugs when you disconnect Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) pipes.
 
9.   
Remove the bolt (1) (M6x25) 8 Nm.
Disconnect the pipe (2).
 
10.  
Remove the bolt (1) (M6x25) 10 Nm.
Disconnect the pipe (2).
 
11.  
Disengage the pipe (1) from the clips.
 
12.  
Disengage the pipes and remove the clip (1).
Remove the pipe (2).
 
13.  
Remove the clamp (1) and disconnect the hose.
 
14.  
Disengage the pipe (1) from the clips.
 
15.  
Disengage the pipe (1) from the clip.
 
16.  
Disengage the pipe (1) from the clip.
 
17.  
Disengage the clip (1).
Disconnect the hose (2).
 
18.  
Disengage the pipe (1) from the clips.
 
19.  
Move the pipe (1) in the direction shown.
Remove the pipe (2).
 
Install Hose - LTR to WCAC - Left
1.  
Install the components in reverse order.
