Remove regulator and motor assembly

| | | 1. | Remove the door access panel (1).

| 2. | Disconnect electrical connector (2).
| | | | | Care Point: | Record position of the regulator and motor assembly.

| Care Point: | Hold the adjustment studs while removing the nuts (3).
|

|
Install regulator and motor assembly
| 1. | Remove excess adhesive from door access panel (1).
| | | 2. | | | | | | Care Point: | Clean stud threads and apply Loctite 243 when installing nuts (3, 4).

| | | 3. | Install regulator assembly.
| | | 4. | Install window glass.
| | | 5. | Connect window/door release switch and check functionality of window.
| | | 6. | Remove window/door release switch.
| | | 7. | Install components in reverse order.
Replace adhesive tape on door access panel (1) during installation. 3M PT1100
| | | 8. | Connect McLaren Diagnostic System (MDS).
| | | 9. | Proceed to Diagnostic toolbox within Door Module Left/Right (DML/DMR).
| | | 10. | Access sequences.
| | | 11. | Carry out Window Calibration sequence.
