10.	DA-RM-05F001-01-002 - Remove/Install front cover

Remove seal - Oil pump

Care Point:

Follow steps to remove oil pump sprocket only.

Care Point:

Place container beneath engine to catch excess engine oil.

Care Point:

Make sure the tool does not come in to contact with the body housing.

Care Point:

Make sure when the seal is removed that the oil pump nose or ladder frame seal bores does not become damaged.

Push oil pump seal (1) out carefully (arrow).

Install seal - Oil pump

Care Point:

Make sure the oil pump seal (1) is attached in the right direction. Must be as shown.

Attach oil pump seal (1) on seal expander tool (O1).Oil Pump Seal - Engine

Install thread bolt device (O2) in oil pump (2).

3.	Attach seal expander tool (O1) with oil pump seal (1) over thread bolt device (arrow).
4.	Align oil pump seal (1) to body housing.

Put pressure pad (O3) over seal expander tool.

6.	Screw in knurled nut (O4) and press oil pump seal home in direction (arrow).
7.	Install components in reverse order.
8.	Check engine for leaks.
9.	Check oil level. DA-RM-05F003-00-002 - Check engine oil level
10.	Check cooling and oil system.
11.	Read out and clear error memory.
