Preparation work

Care Point: Complete the following pre-works for the left hand sensor only.
Remove sensor - Accelerometer
1.  
Disconnect electrical connector (1).
 
2.  
Remove fixing (2).
Right hand accelerometer (M6x20) 8 Nm
Left hand accelerometer (M6) 8 Nm
 
3.  
Remove accelerometer from vehicle.
 
Install sensor - Accelerometer
1.  
Install components in reverse order.
 
2.  
Connect McLaren Diagnostic System and proceed to Chassis Control Unit (CCU).
 
3.  
Access Sequences section.
 
4.  
Carry out APMU Sensor Calibration.
 
5.  
Carry out Kinetic Damping System Pressure Sensor Check.
 
6.  
Read out and clear error memory.
