WARNING!
 
Risk of electric shock or injury from tampered or damaged headlamp modules!
LED headlamps operate at higher voltages compared to standard filament bulb headlamps.
Risk of electric shock or injury can occur if the headlamp module is tampered with, or if damaged and still live.
Do not attempt to open, tamper with, or modify the headlamp module.
If any part of the headlamp module fails, a full replacement is required.
If the headlamp module is damaged, or it is suspected to be damaged, including the housing, ensure the vehicle's 12V battery is disconnected before work commences.
 

Adjust headlamp
 
Care Point:
Use suitable headlamp alignment equipment.

Care Point:
First technician carries out adjustment, whilst second technician operates alignment equipment.

Care Point:
Do not attempt to use tools on headlamp other than in adjusters (1, 2).

Care Point:
Horizontal adjustment is not possible in SAE markets.

 
1.  
Use inboard adjuster for horizontal adjustment (1).
Use outboard adjuster for vertical adjustment (2).
 
 
Care Point:
Inclination of -1.0%.

 
2.  
Carry out adjustment to country specific legislation in regards to angle and height.
