Prepare windshield for installation
 
Windshield (1)
Care Point:
Take care not to get any fluids in or on the windshield antenna connector.
Care Point:
Flash time of 1 minute (leave minimum time between application and wiping off).
 
1.  
Clean bond area (A) on glass with Betaclean 3900 and allow to flash dry (windscreen is from edge to 20mm inboard (a)).
 
 
Care Point:
Flash time of 1 minute (leave minimum time between application and wiping off).
 
2.  
Apply (A) a single coat of Sika Activator 1866 to cleaned bond path and allow to flash dry.
 
 
Care Point:
Flash time of 10 minutes (above 15°C), 30 minutes (below 15°C).
 
3.  
Apply (A) a single coat of Sika Primer 206 G+P to activated bond path and allow to flash dry.
 
Prepare rear quarter glass for installation

Care Point:
Flash time of 1 minute (leave minimum time between application and wiping off).
 
1.  
Clean bond area (A) on glass with Betaclean 3900 and allow to flash dry.
 
 
Care Point:
Flash time of 1 minute (leave minimum time between application and wiping off).
 
2.  
Apply (B) a single coat of Sika Activator 1866 to cleaned bond path and allow to flash dry.
 
 
Care Point:
Flash time of 10 minutes (above 15°C), 30 minutes (below 15°C).
 
3.  
Apply (B) a single coat of Sika Primer 206 G+P to activated bond path and allow to flash dry.
 
Prepare tailgate glass - Fixed for installation

Care Point:
Flash time of 1 minute (leave minimum time between application and wiping off).
 
1.

Prepare door glass - Upper for installation

Flash time of 1 minute (leave minimum time between application and wiping off).
 
1.  
Clean bond area (A) on glass with Betaclean 3900 and allow to flash dry.

Flash time of 10 minutes (above 15°C), 30 minutes (below 15°C).

Apply (B) a single coat of Sika Activator 1866 to cleaned bond path and allow to flash dry.

Prepare door panel - Upper for installation

Flash time of 1 minute (leave minimum time between application and wiping off).
 
1.  
Clean bond area (A) on glass with Betaclean 3900 and allow to flash dry.
