Remove Striker - Door
1.  
Remove the moulding (1).
 
 
Care Point:
Always replace the bolts. Refer to the Spare Parts Catalogue (SPC) for part numbers.
Care Point:
Shims are installed. Make sure that you record the shim location when you remove the striker.
 
2.  
Remove the bolts (1) (M8x20) 15 Nm.
Remove the striker.
 
Install Striker - Door
1.  
Install the components in reverse order.
 
 
Care Point:
The procedure below must be claimed separately if you make a warranty claim.

Make sure that the door gap and flush values are in tolerance. Refer to DA-RM-02A052-00-001 - Gap and flush - Check and adjust - Closures.
