Preparation work

Remove pump - Secondary air
1.  
Detach hoses (1).
 
2.  
Disconnect electrical connectors (2).
 
3.  
Remove bolts (3)(M6x16) 10 Nm.
 
4.  
Disengage the clips from hoses (4).
 
5.  
Remove bolts (5)(M6x16) 10 Nm.
 
6.  
Remove pump (6).
 
 
Care Point:
Only do the next steps if replacing the pump.
 
7.  
Hold the mounts (7) while you remove nuts (8) (M6) 10 Nm.
 
8.  
Remove pump from the bracket.
 
Install pump - Secondary air
 
Care Point:
Make sure you hold the mounts (7) while you install nuts (8).
