Preparation work

Remove Service hatch - Bulkhead
1.  
Disengage the fasteners (1) from the studs.
 
2.  
Disengage the fasteners (2) from the studs.
 
 
Care Point:
Risk of damage. Be careful with easily damaged parts and trim.
 
3.  
Remove the luggage floor (3).
 
4.  
Remove the bolts (4) (M5x12) 4 Nm.
 
5.  
Remove the service hatch.
 
Install Service hatch - Bulkhead
1.  
Apply Loctite 8009 to the bolt threads.
 
2.  
Install the components in reverse order.
