Preparation work
1.     
Remove floor panel - Engine
 
Care Point:
Record the bolt positions as they vary in type.
 
1.  
Remove bolts (1).(M6x20) 9 Nm
 
2.  
Remove bolts (2). (M6x12) 6 Nm
 
3.  
Remove bolts (3).(M8x20) 20 Nm
 
4.  
Remove floor panel - Engine (4).
 
Care Point:
Only hand tighten the fixings at this stage.
Install floor panel - Engine
1.  
Loosely install the floor panel - Engine.
 

2.  
Make sure that the breather pipe (1) is pushed through the hole (2) in the floor panel.
 
 
Care Point:
Make sure the tunnel panel is correctly aligned.
 
3.  
Install the floor panel - Engine and do the tightening torque sequence.
 
4.  
Install components in reverse order.
