Preparation work
1.
DA-RM-01A001-00-001 - Secure/Lift vehicle on platform
Remove wheel - Rear
Care Point:
Take care not to damage the wheel.
Care Point:
Inspect the wheel for damage.
Care Point:
Inspect the tyre condition.
1.
Remove wheel bolts.
130 Nm
Care Point:
You must always
inspect the steel or titanium wheel bolts for damage. Refer to KA-01733 when you inspect the wheel bolts.
Care Point:
Always replace the wheel bolts if they are damaged. Refer to the Spare Parts Catalogue (SPC) for part numbers.
2.
Examine the wheel bolt threads and surfaces for damage.
3.
Remove wheel.
Install wheel - Rear
Care Point:
If directional tyres/wheels are fitted Make sure the direction of rotation is correct when installing the wheel.
1.
Install the wheel.
2.
Follow tightening sequence A-E.
