Preparation work

| 2. | Care Point: Only remove the required wheel.

Remove sensor and valve - TPMS - Front
| | | Care Point: | Insert a suitable tool into the valve dome to counteract the torque applied whilst removing the TPMS screw.
Once removed, discard the TPMS screw.

| | | 1. | Remove TPMS screw (1). 4 Nm
| | | 2. | Remove TPMS sensor (2)
| | | 
|
| | | Care Point: | Insert a suitable tool into the valve dome to counteract the torque applied whilst removing the valve nut.
|
| | | 3. | Remove valve nut (3). 6 Nm
| | | 
|
| 4. | Remove washer (4) and valve (5) from wheel.
| | | 
|
Install sensor and valve - TPMS - Front
| | | Care Point: | The TPMS sensor must be replaced if any signs of contact or damage is found on the housing.
|
| | | 1. | Inspect TPMS sensor, replace if damaged.
| | | 2. | Install valve (5), washer (4) and valve nut (3) in reverse order.
| | | 3. | Position TPMS sensor (2) against valve dome, ensuring sensor feet are in contact with the wheel rim.
| | | | | Care Point: | If the valve (5) rotates whilst installing TPMS screw (1), repeat step 2 and re-torque.
If valve still rotates, replace valve.

| Care Point: | Only install a new TPMS screw.
|
| | | 4. | Install TPMS screw (1).
| | | 5. | Install remaining components in reverse order.
| | | 6. | Check functionality of TPMS system using the driver display.
